| Very poor customer service may 31 10:30 am at pharmacy, when I handed in prescription person said 15 min wait and stated I would wait and I stayed visible in frt of staff at counter, after over 35 min she said it was ready, I asked why it took so long she said it was ready and in basket for 20 min, I inquired why did they not inform me as they could see I was waiting in frt of them, she stated I had to ask, I ask them if they could see me waiting and they said yes, again I inquired why they did not inform me it was ready as I was in pain, persons behind counter could not ans very poor serviceand I will not to any pharma plus drug mart and tell anyone I know to avoid store as they do not care about making people wait for no reason |
