I was in the drive thru early this morning and this was the absolute worst service I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. I and about 5 other cars sat in the line up for 10 minutes and when we finally got to the window no apology or anything. I have complained about this drive thru before and was hoping my comments would help to improve the service but seems it hasn't. Very very disappointing. It doesn't seem to matter whether there is one car or 5 cards the service is extremely slow and the lack of customer service skills in the servers is also very disappointing. I hope this will bring to your attention the need to speak with the staff at this location.. thank you.
