| I visited the post office this morning (Nov 21st 2012) and was served by a lady called Luanne. I found her customer service very poor. After I questioned a cost on air mail as I couldn't here her, she spoke to me as if I was stupid. I also needed to fill out a form and when I asked for a pen she just pointed at a container, no words. As I was leaving she said in a sarcastic voice "have a wonderful day". She has served me a few times and I always come away feeling I received a bad service from her. She is a bad representative of your post office, I will now travel that bit further and use Sobeys post office as staff there are pleasant and seem to actually enjoy their job. I have never sent a complaint about customer service to anyone as I appreciate we all have our off days, but this has been a regular occurence with this member of staff. I look forward to hearing from you. |
